WHAT YOUR SPONSORSHIP MAKES POSSIBLE

Sponsors are more than supporters; they are partners in shaping how this global artwork is created, shared, and remembered. Sponsorship powers the creation of national flag panels across 193 UN member nations, ensures daily filming and story capture in each country, and prepares completed panels for exhibition both as they are finished and when the whole body of work is unveiled. This project will never be owned or commercialized. Once complete, the full collection of flag panels, one global documentary, and one global permanent archive will be donated as a cultural gift to the world.

The global documentary will capture the journey across 193 countries and be entered into major international film festivals. If the film wins awards, the exposure for partners will be extraordinary and enduring.

Permanent Archive

By sponsoring the permanent digital archive, partners help ensure every participant’s name and portrait are preserved in a museum-grade system. Reserved for sponsors who wish to underwrite the artwork at scale through one or more of its three defining components: the national flag panels, capturing thousands of hand impressions across 193 countries; the global documentary, edited after the final flag is complete and entered into international film festivals, where recognition could bring extraordinary exposure; and/or the permanent archive, the museum-grade record preserving every participant’s name, portrait, and story for generations.

A Legacy Sponsorship delivers one national flag panel from its very first-hand impression to exhibition-ready completion. This level supports the entire process: fieldwork with daily filming, permits, local staffing, and logistics, followed by conservation, crating, insurance, and installation. It ensures that a country’s contribution to humanity’s shared canvas can be exhibited while the larger project advances toward the global documentary and permanent archive.
